Are your items actual antiques or reproductions?
All of our items are reproductions or new items designed to look old. Each is made to meet modern safety standards. Please note that some items are not appropriate for small children to play with. Only items listed in our “toys” category should be treated as toys. The rest of our items are meant for decorating. Please be sure to observe age limitations provided by each toy manufacturer.
Where are your products made?
We are increasingly trying to source our products only from the U.S. Many of our products, including all of our wall hangings and nursery art are from the U.S.A. In addition, many of our lamps and chandeliers are also hand made in the U.S. We also have toys and accessories that are handmade in the states. We are in the process of labeling each item to determine it's country of origin. For products made in China, we are asking our manufacturers to give us certification that they are safe and lead free. We are happy to pass this on to you.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship most of our orders via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail because it is the most economical and the fasted shipping method. If you choose the “standard shipping” option you will receive your order within 5-14 days. The price for standard shipping is based on the total order amount. Please see your cart for exact shipping.
Can I get my order more quickly?
You can choose our Rush Delivery option. Orders shipped via Rush Delivery will be delivered via UPS within four days of placing your order. (This does not include oversized items such as chandelier, rugs, etc. See below for details on oversized items).

What are the shipping options and costs for oversized items?
Shipping Costs: The shipping cost provided during checkout is an estimate. If the actual cost of shipping your package is LESS than the amount shown, we will charge your credit card only for the actual cost of shipping. If the actual cost if MORE than the amount shown, we will charge you only up to the amount shown to you during checkout. We will never charge more than the amount shown during checkout. Questions? Oversized items, such as chandeliers, lighting, furniture, rugs and Nursery Art, can not be rush ordered. An oversized Standard Shipping fee applies to these items. Any oversized shipping fees are listed in each product’s description and will appear on your checkout page listed as “oversized shipping” charges. Most of these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Can you bill me and deliver my order to someone else?
Yes. Just fill out the correct shipping and billing addresses when placing your order. If you’re sending your purchase as a gift, please be sure to indicate whether you would like us to include a gift card or if you would like to purchase gift wrapping services. These options are available to you on the checkout page.
Will you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally. However, you will need to place your order by phone at (732) 319-0700. You may also send us an email at info@babygoesvintage.com. Once we know what you’d like to order and where you live, we can estimate an actual shipping cost for you.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within five days of receiving your order. You can contact us by email at info@babygoesvintage.com or by phone at (732) 319-0700. We will provide you with a return address. All returns must be received in new condition in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. Your shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are credited to the credit card originally used to purchase the items. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return. Nursery Furnishings are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Nursery art and personalized items are not returnable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard on our web site. If you would like to pay by personal check, money order, bank check or Paypal, please contact us by phone at (732) 319-0700 to make special arrangements.
Will you share my name or personal information?
We do not share your information with anyone. We do not send unsolicited emails. If you receive an email from us, it is regarding a specific order and is meant to alert you to an issue with your order. We may occasionally send special offers via regular mail. If you do not want to receive these offers, you may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
How do I sign up for your gift registry?
You can sign up for our registry by going to our “gift registry” section and entering the “create a registry” section.
How do I purchase from someone’s gift registry?
To purchase a gift from a gift registry, go to the “Find a Registry” section. Once you’ve found the registry you’re looking for, you can add any item in the registry to your shopping cart. Once you make the purchase, the item will be automatically removed from the person’s registry.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available in any denomination by calling (732) 319-0700. Gift certificates must be redeemed by phone.
Can you special order products?
We have access to a variety of merchandise that is not featured on our web site. If you are looking for something special or decorating with a specific theme in mind, let us know. Please note that we are required to meet manufacturers’ minimums when placing orders, so your special order may be subject to a special order charge.
Do you sell wholesale?
We are a retail only site. We do not sell wholesale.
Can you tell me what my antique baby item is worth?
Unfortunately, we are not qualified to provide appraisals. We tell our customers that the best way to determine the market value of an antique or vintage item is to search for similar items on eBay. This will help you determine what someone might be willing to pay for your item. You may also want to visit your local antique center. Many antique centers have professional appraisers on staff who are happy to help.
How can I submit new products for you to consider selling on your web site?
We are always looking for interesting new vintage inspired products. If you would like to contact us regarding carrying your product, please email us at

I have a web site and would like to exchange web links with you. How do I do that?
We do not currently exchange web links. You are welcome to list our link on your site, we will not list other site’s link on ours. However, we do sponsor our "Heirloom Style" program in which we team up with other companies and put them in touch with our customers through quarterly mailings and through a link on our site.
