This certificate, printed on heavy card stock and measuring 8" X 10" features a Victorian image of the Tooth Fairy and a poem by Betty Jane Gerber that begins, "I leave with you my little tooth, And trust it in your care." There is a place at the bottom to inscribe the child's name and the date of the first tooth loss. Suitable for framing.
